About Florimetry

Flori, from the Latin for flower. Metry, the practice of measuring. We think a floral piece should be chosen as carefully as a piece of furniture.

Why we started

Most of us have bought flowers online and been surprised when they arrived: too short for the table, too tall for the shelf, too small for the entryway they were meant to fill. Fresh bouquets fix that for a week. Then they're gone.

Florimetry started in Amelia, Ohio, just outside Cincinnati, with a simple idea: lifelike faux arrangements and potted greenery, described honestly and measured precisely, so the piece you picture is the piece you get. Every listing includes an exact height in inches, what's in the arrangement, and whether a vase is included.

What we sell

We keep a small, edited collection rather than a catalog of thousands. Our faux arrangements combine realistic blooms such as hydrangea, garden roses, peonies, ranunculus and sunflowers with foliage and branches for height and movement. Our potted greenery is compact, textured and fully potted, made for desks, shelves and nightstands.

Everything is made from fabric petals and leaves on wired stems, so you can bend and reshape each piece to suit your space.

Orders are packed by hand at our studio at 6 Berry Patch Rd, Amelia, OH 45102 and ship within 1–3 business days. We ship only within the United States, which lets us offer fast delivery, straightforward returns and a real person answering your email.
