Is the vase included with arrangements?
No. Arrangements are shown in a vessel for scale and styling, but ship without a vase. Any vase with a 3–5 in opening works well. Potted greenery ships in its matte white pot.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not ship internationally.
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave our Ohio studio within 1–3 business days. Standard ground delivery takes 5–8 business days; Express takes 2–4. See the shipping policy.
Can I return something?
Yes. Return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Details are in our refund policy.
